Position: Concierge (Night Shift) Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM Status: Full-Time Location: Boerne, TX Mileage Stipend: Up to $100 per paycheck for eligible employees

No prior certifications required. Office or customer service experience a plus.

What You'll Do

As a Night Shift Concierge, you will support residents, families, and staff while keeping the community safe and organized. Duties include:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Greet residents, family members, and guests
• Coordinate transportation for residents, including drivers and outside services
• Maintain visitor and resident sign-in/out logs
• Provide clerical support: data entry, filing, mailings, typing, menus
• Assist residents with maintenance requests
• Respond to emergency calls from residents
• Schedule use of meeting rooms and distribute facility mail
• Maintain resident logs and facility phone lists
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Experience with office equipment preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office, computers, phone, copier, and fax machines

Strong written and oral communication skills

Professional, friendly, and customer-service focused
