Attorneys coming from substantive civil litigation, plaintiff work, criminal litigation, construction, professional liability, or related practices may also bring valuable experience to the team.We care much more about the attorney you are becoming than pedigree.We are looking for grit, curiosity, follow through, strong communication, and initiative.You take responsibility for your work.
