Payroll Analyst

Our client, a global entertainment company, is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their team! This will be a fully onsite role working out of their office in Hollywood. The successful candidate will possess multistate union and non-union payroll processing expertise, the ability to foster strong relationships with employees and business partners, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered. Role Overview Contract Role: 6 months Pay: $43-47/hr on W2 (No C2C or 1099) Schedule: Fully onsite M-F, 9am to 6pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch Responsibilities End-to-end processing of union and non-union payroll Set up and process employee garnishments Perform payroll adjustments in SAP Maintain knowledge and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Audit and reconcile payroll data to resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with multistate taxation rules Provide payroll system testing support as needed for software upgrades Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or a completed payroll certification is preferred 3+ years of multistate payroll processing experience within a large organization Prior experience processing union payroll within the entertainment industry Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (X/VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, etc.) Prior experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is highly preferred Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Solomon Page
