Responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships in an assigned territory. Monitors new binding activity as well as renewal retention for assigned group of agents. Provides marketing information to agents regarding product opportunities, how to transact business with Company and response to basic inquiries on how to place various Property & Casualty insurance products with the Company. Helps to set agency level goals. Maintains a high level of product knowledge.What will you do?Visits agencies in person or virtually to build relationships, set goals, and provide guidance using performance data.Serves as the main contact for agents by answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating more complex concerns when needed.Schedules and prepares for meetings by reviewing reports, tracking production and retention, and organizing materials for agency discussions.Maintains strong knowledge of products to train agents, support their sales efforts, and identify potential business opportunities.Monitors market trends and competitor activity, shares insights internally, and works with underwriting to understand decisions.Attends events and meetings to promote products, present updates, and strengthen relationships with agencies.Identifies and evaluates potential new agency partners and supports efforts to grow the network.Continues to develop marketing, communication, and industry knowledge through training and ongoing learning.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent7 or more years related work experienceKnowledge of insurance and rating insurance productsInsurance industry experience and marketing techniquesWho would excel in this role?You excel in establishing and fostering relationships with insurance agencies.You are a big picture thinker and are able to develop marketing strategies for the assigned territory.You are able to work independently and coordinate with other team members while traveling.You are a goal-oriented person with excellent time management skills.We want you to be involved!
