Roll Form Operator Location: Albion, NE Pay: $25.00+/hour DOE Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday; Fridays as needed based on production demands Advance Services is hiring a dependable Roll Form Operator to join a manufacturing team in Albion! This is a hands-on production position working with steel components and roll-forming equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, safety, and teamwork.

What Roll Form Operator Will Do

• Load and unload steel coils and operate roll-forming equipment.
• Adjust machine settings and enter parts into the system.
• Stack, band, and label finished products accurately.
• Perform quality checks and maintain production records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with the team to meet production goals and minimize waste.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail.
