This includes precise write-ups, providing estimates, keeping customers informed, managing repair progress, and ensuring high satisfaction standards. You'll also maintain a professional appearance and uphold manufacturer certifications.We're Looking For:Prior Service Advisor experience.Strong selling/customer service background (a plus!).Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills.Working knowledge of automotive technology (a plus!).Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.Valid driver's license, clean MVR, and ability to pass background/drug screen.This role requires standing, keyboarding, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
