Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process and compliance
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working onsite exclusively

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech-language assessments for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support academic progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance records
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and team consultations
• Provide education and resources to families and staff, supporting the overall learning environment
