Role Overview:
This position requires expertise in telepharmacy billing operations, specifically handling home infusion pharmacy claims using CareTend software. You will drive accurate, timely claims submission and reimbursement while navigating payer requirements and resolving any discrepancies or denials. Success in this role depends on strong attention to detail and adherence to metrics in a high-volume environment.


Responsibilities:

• Process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims accurately and efficiently
• Manage the entire billing workflow: charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and denial resolution
• Utilize CareTend for billing operations, documentation, and reimbursement tracking
• Review and comply with payer guidelines
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and reimbursement issues
• Communicate with payers and internal teams to resolve billing concerns promptly
• Support overall revenue cycle performance in a metrics-driven setting

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in home infusion billing and claims management
• Hands-on proficiency with CareTend billing software (required)
• Strong understanding of payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
