What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process within the operating room setting
  • Assist in surgical procedures, support patient safety, and monitor patient status
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR team members
  • Follow strict protocols for infection control, sterile technique, and patient safety
  • Document patient care and contribute to postoperative recovery procedures
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
  • Demonstrate professionalism and accountability consistent with nursing standards
What You Need
  • Current RN license in Louisiana
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Experience with surgical procedures or in the operating room preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
