You’ll have the independence to manage your schedule while still being part of a collaborative environment focused on growth and accountability.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity , with income tied directly to your activity, production, and results.

Compensation:

$115,500 - $196,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and sellers.
• Utilize our proven systems for prospecting, follow-up, and client conversion to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for successful client interactions.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Manage and update client information in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your real estate skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of self-motivation and the ability to work independently while being part of a team.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools to manage client interactions and transactions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes for lead generation and client management.
• Ability to conduct market research and stay informed about local real estate trends.
• Experience in managing time efficiently to balance multiple client needs and responsibilities.
