Evening Direct Care Specialist — Community and Home Support

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide hands-on care in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, promote safety, and work closely with families and the clinical team to tailor care. Evening hours are required: 5pm–9pm Tue–Thu with occasional Saturday PRN.
