Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree + 2+ years relevant experience OR Master's degree + 0 years
Medical device industry experience required
Experience with Quality Engineering / Product Quality
Strong technical writing skills, including DFMEA and quality/technical documentation
Strong data analysis and statistical analysis
Experience with risk assessments and risk management files
Experience reviewing engineering/design changes and technical documentation
Strong root cause investigation / problem-solving experience
Experience supporting product quality issues, CAPA/corrective actions, and process improvements
Understanding of the medical device lifecycle: design, manufacturing, distribution, and obsolescence
Experience collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional teams
Strong project management, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects/issues simultaneously
