Take and serve accurate food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally. Ensure all dishes and beverages are presented according to luxury hotel standards. Attend to guest needs promptly, anticipating requests and resolving concerns to exceed expectations. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, service stations, and silverware. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Handle transactions accurately when applicable, including cash, credit, and room charges. Participate in training and team meetings to uphold service quality and standards. Does this sound like you? Prior experience as a server in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high‑end establishment preferred. Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, service etiquette, and fine dining procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Capability to lift trays, dishes, or beverages up to 25‑30 lbs. Manual dexterity and stamina for extended service periods.
