Your Role as a BCBA: Deliver High‑Quality ABA Services – Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in assent‑based, neurodiversity‑affirming practices tailored to each client’s unique needs. Provide Clinical Supervision & Mentorship – Supervise RBTs and support the development of clinical skills across your team, fostering consistent and compassionate service delivery. Collaborate with Families & Caregivers – Build strong therapeutic relationships, provide caregiver training, and ensure continuity of care that empowers families to support their loved ones. Conduct Assessments & Progress Monitoring – Use data‑driven approaches to evaluate client progress, measure outcomes, and continuously refine treatment programs for maximum impact. Contribute to Team Excellence – Participate in biweekly team meetings, peer collaboration, and a clinic culture built on continuous learning, mutual support, and clinical growth.
