Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing, Septic & AC Services is a renowned company based in Jacksonville, Florida. We offer professional plumbing septic and HVAC services, including installation, repair, pumping, replacement, and so much more.
Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing and Septic Services is seeking a motivated and team-oriented experienced
HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our fast-paced company located in Jacksonville, Florida.
Duties:
- Conduct warm in home estimates to identify and determine HVAC system replacement solutions. No residential cold call visits.
- Sales of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating units, package units, mini-splits, geo-thermal, RTU's, dehumidifiers, ductwork and IAQ packages.
- Sales of residential and commercial service agreements and membership packages.
- Residential and light commercial appointment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales, and installation schedules.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC estimates.
- Coordinate equipment ordering and staging for installation.
- Ongoing training and leadership development.
- Responsible for company provided vehicle, gas card, cell phone and tablet
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an HVAC Comfort Advisor, or HVAC related field.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
