- Regular accountability and performance support
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, then market home and negotiate offers
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, then identify homes and negotiate offers
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems
- Track tasks and activities in provided CRM
- Conduct 2 open houses monthly
- Participate in weekly script practice, 1:1 coaching session, trainings and Partner call
- Licensed real estate professional
- At least 1 year of real estate sales experience
- Team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized and have excellent time management skills
- Willing to learn talking scripts/dialogues
