About the RoleAs Associate Sourcing Manager, you will execute global sourcing strategies for Private and Exclusive brands while leading the supply chain to deliver optimal value, including quality, cost, speed and on-time deliveries.What You’ll DoExecute analytics and visual presentation to support sourcing strategic plans and decisions at a category and brand levelDrive partnerships with the cross-functional team to execute the sourcing strategiesLead projection reconciliation to vendor strategies by understanding brand plans and strategiesExecute vendor scorecarding creation, selection and program awardSupport cost execution through structured events and seasonal negotiationsRemain acutely informed of supplier and Country of Production (COP) capability, competency and expertiseSupport Manager on seasonal brand matrix processService as the primary Sourcing liaison with ProductionExecute vendor projections by category, gender and brand in partnership with Product ManagersSupport projections process by vendor and brandDrive document and maintenance best practices and the development of training resourcesDrive continuous improvement in tools and processesAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequired3 years of retail, production, sourcing, supply chain management or related experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google PlatformsSome travelPreferredBachelor’s Degree, ideally in Sourcing or Textiles, Business or closely related fields Ability to successfully operate in an international environmentThis role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI.
