Corporate/M&A Lawyer for AI Evaluation [Remote]

Role Overview

Review and assess AI-generated answers to practical UK law questions, using your corporate and M&A expertise to compare outputs from two AI platforms and provide structured evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Run an identical set of prompts through two AI language-model platforms.
• Compare the two responses side by side.
• Evaluate each response using the provided standardized rubric.
• Submit concise written feedback for every evaluation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primarily law-firm experience in corporate/M&A or transactional practice, with 3 or more years preferred.
• Applicants currently working in-house are eligible only if they moved in-house within the past 2 years and previously worked at a law firm.
• Qualified to practise in the United Kingdom, with strong knowledge of UK corporate and commercial law.
• Native or fluent English and precise written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a rubric and meet deadlines.

Work Terms

• Remote role for candidates based in the United Kingdom.
• Hourly independent contractor engagement.
• Initial commitment of approximately 10 hours, with potential for additional work.
• All work is subject to a non-disclosure agreement.

Compensation

£150 to £160 per hour.
