Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist Opportunity

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Active Kansas State PT license required prior to start.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Experience in hospital settings preferred, including outpatient (OP), inpatient (IP), and swing/step-down (SNU) units.
• Ability to work standard day shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (5x8) with typical weekend rotation every 4–5 weekends.
• Proficiency with Meditech charting or willingness to learn electronic medical records.
• Willingness to respond per on-call policy when required (expect call-in notice approximately two hours before shift start as needed).
• Professional appearance; facility permits any professional scrub colors.

• Relocation allowance available up to $2,500 with required receipts.
• Sign-on bonus program: initial payment between $1,000 and $5,000 paid upon first pay period, plus additional $2,000 payments at completion of years 1–3 of employment.
