Revenue Analyst

Responsibilities Pull monthly reports to assist with calculating revenue while validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Prepare and maintain revenue reports and reconciliations. Assist in the monthly close process, including revenue recognition, journal entries, and variance analysis. Collaborate with finance, accounting teams, and operational departments to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues. Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing more efficient workflows and systems. Validate and identify accuracy of actual to monthly accrual for expenses and discounts for specialty programs across multiple divisions. Learn and adapt to new financial systems, tools, and healthcare-related billing platforms. Work with the Wholesale division to manage customer lists to support reconciliation of monthly and quarterly expenses and discounts. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis). Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies. Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Analytical thinking, adaptability, continuous learning, collaboration, teamwork, time management, organization, attention to detail and accuracy.
