Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a progressive care unit, handling oncology and trauma cases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Manage insulin and cardizem drips, ensuring accurate titration as needed.
• Participate in 2-day orientation and pass an open-book exam with a score of 90%.
• Maintain compliance with fingernail policy and float to med/surg and PCU units as required.
• Assist in the care of adult patients with diverse diagnoses including chemotherapy treatment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and ACLS, BLS, ONS/ONCC certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in PCU or oncology nursing settings.
• Driver's license required; candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with weekend rotations.
• Demonstrated teamwork, compassion, and adaptability in patient care.
