- Unlicensed Therapist: $72,500 - $77,500/annually
- Licensed Therapist: $78,500 - $83,500/annually
- Bilingual Spanish Stipend: $5,000
- Geographical Stipend: $3,000
- Registered AMFT, ACSW, or APCC; Master's degree and BBS registration required.
- Experience working with children and families in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
- Strong clinical writing, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; knowledge of L.A. County DMH is a plus.
- Preferred: completed or near completion of BBS hours.
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Lead intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning that set clients on a path toward meaningful progress.
- Deliver case management, crisis support, and clinical screenings that ensure timely, responsive care for urgent needs.
- Maintain high-quality, timely documentation while balancing productivity and exceptional client care.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, family-centered care that strengthens outcomes.
- Contribute to outreach, supervision, training, and team collaboration in a mission-driven environment that values growth and service.
