Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Stryker seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead multi-site operations in Arizona, building and scaling an engineering team while driving process improvements, regulatory compliance, and strategic roadmap execution for medical device manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and mentor high-performing engineering team; manage resources and performance
- Align department goals, projects, and resources with business and customer priorities
- Ensure quality, regulatory, policy, and engineering compliance for validated products and processes
- Lead cross-functional issue resolution and implementation of new products and processes in production
- Drive Lean, 5S, and operational excellence initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and cost
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical, chemical, electrical, industrial, mechanical engineering, or related field
- 8+ years manufacturing engineering experience with 5+ years in supervisory or management roles
- Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing technical teams
- Strong expertise in regulated medical device manufacturing, validation, and Design for Manufacturing
- Experience developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with business priorities
- Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives, strongly preferred
Compensation: $135,600 - $225,900 USD Annual
