Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Job summary

The CDL Driver is responsible for operating box trucks or stake body flatbeds to deliver plumbing supplies and other products. This role involves driving, loading, and unloading trucks, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining communication with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class B vehicles, primarily automatic box trucks or stake body flatbeds
• Deliver materials according to scheduled times
• Load and unload trucks at warehouse and job sites
• Secure materials properly within weight limits
• Obtain customer signatures on delivery tickets and validate returns
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, or violations to supervisor
• Fuel vehicles as needed
• Assist in warehouse duties as required
• Maintain professional conduct and quality customer service
• Abide by company policies, rules, and safety regulations
• Support corporate programs and initiatives
• Work overtime as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) held for at least one year
• State-issued self-certification designation of non-excepted interstate with proof
• Minimum one year driving experience with assigned vehicle class

Schedule

• Approximately 90% driving, 10% warehouse work

Location

• Omaha, NE

Additional Details

• Vehicles are equipped with cameras and tracking devices for deliveries
• Furthest delivery may be up to one hour away
