Machinist

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machinist to join their team. As a Machinist, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $33280 - $52000

What's the Job?

• Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce precision metal parts.

• Review blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate production.

• Shape materials including steel, aluminum, and plastic to meet design requirements.

• Determine appropriate speeds, feeds, and cutting paths for machining processes.

• Ensure workpieces are properly lubricated, cooled, and accurately machined according to blueprints and specifications.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of experience in a machinist role preferred.

• Proficiency in mathematics and blueprint reading.

• Ability to take precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.

• Ability to operate manual and computer-controlled machinery effectively.
