Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school setting in Dalton, GA. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by providing direct one-on-one behavioral interventions that help students develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors in the school environment. Using evidence-based strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll support meaningful growth, foster independence, and help students reach their full potential. Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans as directed. Teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based ABA strategies. Collect and record accurate behavioral and progress data. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and school staff. Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Participate in training, supervision, and professional development. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Must hold or be eligible to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB. Strong communication and collaboration skills. School-based experience preferred, not required.
