If you have previous experience in outside sales and aspire to succeed in a leading company, we encourage you to apply!/ph2Responsibilities/h2ulliAll Caton Plumbing Outside Sales Representatives will be responsible for the following while the individual department breakdown responsibilities will be different./liulliEngage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues./liliLeverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales./liliBe a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers./li/ulpstrongExcavation Sales Responsibilities:/strong/pulliThe primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to repair and/or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial customers./liliThe Sales Representative will conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine if there is root interruption or breakage in the sewer line resulting in the need for repair or replacement./li/ulpstrongWater Restoration Sales Responsibilities:/strong/pulliThe primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to the residential and commercial market./liliThe Sales Representative will perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels./li/ul/ulh2Requirements/h2ulliA valid drivers license/liliDemonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service/liliThrives in a fast-paced work environment/liliExcellent oral and written communication skills/liliPlumbing experience is not necessary or required/liliOrganized self-starter with an outgoing personality/liliA Working knowledge of common software programs/liliPrevious experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered/li/ulh2Benefits/h2pAt Catons we believe our greatest investment is in our employees.
