Program Specialist II - Rotational program

* This is an 18-month rotational program. You will track participant progress, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain accessible, high-quality data. Additionally, you will manage SharePoint content and structure to ensure clear, up-to-date information. Your work will support data-driven decisions, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen overall program performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute the activities on New Product Development in the roles of program controls, project engineering, program management, ISC engineering, Sourcing, and through proposal to production phases of a program. Use your agility and ability to support program teams in solving critical issues and achieving metrics while learning the roles and responsibilities of the Integrated Program Team. Complete the designed rotations and evaluations per Rotational PM program design. Track program progress and performance metrics, providing updates and insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

1+ years of experience in program management or related roles. Strong analytical skills and ability to track and report on program performance metrics. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Engineering, Business or related Degree (with Program Management coursework ) Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be able to gain a security clearance.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base bay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
