Jewish Hospital, part of UofL Health, is seeking a Charge Nurse for the 6 East unit. This is a full-time position with night shift hours from 7p to 7a.

6 East is a 17-bed medical telemetry unit that cares for patients with respiratory, endocrine, cardiac, immune/infectious disease, and renal conditions.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
• Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units
• Associates's degree from accredited college or University

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or University
