Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina permanent Physical Therapist license required — compact license is not accepted
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
• Candidates who have worked permanent or PRN in this setting within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Strong documentation and time management skills
