Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for an AV Technician to join an IT services and consulting company. This is a fully onsite job in Washington DC. This role is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex audio-visual systems within commercial and enterprise environments. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial AV systems. Perform preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks. Diagnose and resolve audio, video, control system, conferencing, and network-related issues. Restore system functionality while meeting customer service expectations and SLAs. Identify root causes of recurring problems and recommend long-term solutions. Qualifications 7+ years of enterprise AV experience Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance. Recognized technical expert with broad knowledge across multiple AV platforms and technologies. Serves as the primary escalation point for advanced troubleshooting and complex system issues. Compensation & Benefits $75,000 – $130,000 (based on experience) Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, paid holidays This job opens for applications on July 8, 2026.
