Location: Redwood City, CA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration: 6+ Month Contract with Potential for Extension and Future Opportunities

About the Opportunity

Brooksource is seeking an Operations Material Handler to support a leading global technology

company, Oracle, at its headquarters in Redwood City, CA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and playing a critical role in warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations. You'll help manage the flow of hardware, laptops, marketing materials, and other inventory while ensuring items are accurately received, tracked, stored, and shipped. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a world-class technology organization and contribute to essential operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and restock incoming shipments of hardware, laptops, and marketing

materials

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Clean, image, and prepare laptops and other technology equipment for deployment

Maintain accurate inventory levels through counting, tracking, and stock replenishment

Organize warehouse inventory and ensure materials are stored properly

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts

Assist with shipping, receiving, and fulfillment activities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow established operational and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory

management, fulfillment, or logistics

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new processes and procedures

Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, move, and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday

Comfortable working in a warehouse and inventory environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or order fulfillment

Experience using pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment

Experience handling laptops, electronics, hardware, or technology assets

Previous logistics, warehouse, stockroom, or distribution experience
