Production Associate

Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our team at MAAX Spas Corp. This role is essential in ensuring the assembly of high-quality hot tubs, contributing directly to our mission of being the Quality Leader in Luxury Hot Water Products. Located in a dynamic manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional products. Responsibilities Assemble hot tub components according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure precise assembly. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Assist in the fabrication of parts as needed during the assembly process. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials. Requirements Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand and power tools. Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
