Job Description
Support the production of food and beverage products as part of a shift-based manufacturing team. This role focuses on preparing batches, handling ingredients, blending liquids, monitoring processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards while meeting production volume and output expectations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare batches according to production requirements.
- Handle ingredients safely and accurately.
- Blend liquid food and beverage products.
- Monitor production processes and operating conditions.
- Conduct quality testing on liquid products.
- Follow safety and manufacturing compliance procedures.
- Meet production volume and output expectations within a shift-based team.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Employee must have basic math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication and
- division.
- Employee must be able to multi-task and have the flexibility to switch tasks and divisions as needed.
- Reliable, predictable attendance is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, must pass a background check, and must pass a drug test Available Shifts:
• 1st shift (6:00a.m-2:30p.m./ Monday-Friday) ($20)
• 2nd shift (2:00p.m-10:30p.m. / Monday-Friday ) ($21)
• 3rd shift (10:00p.m-6:30a.m. / Sundays & Thursday Off ) ($22) Compensation Pay & Benefits: - $1 increase
- Temp to hire after completing 720 working hours
