Auto Body Technician

Kaizen Collision Center – Aurora, Colorado
Full-Time | $25–$30 Flag Hour

Kaizen Collision Center in  Aurora, Colorado is hiring an experienced  Auto Body Technician .

If you know your trade, produce quality work, and want to work somewhere that gives you the opportunity to  turn hours and make money , we want to talk.

We’re looking for a technician who can step into a busy collision repair environment and get to work — someone who understands structural repairs, panel replacement, metal work, OEM procedures, and what it takes to complete a quality repair without unnecessary comebacks.

$25–$30 Flag Hour

Pay is based on experience, certifications, skill level, and production ability.

If you’re an experienced producer,  we want to hear from you.

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and components
• Perform metal work and panel replacement
• Complete repairs according to OEM procedures
• Identify additional damage during the repair process
• Work closely with estimators, parts, paint, and production teams
• Maintain quality throughout the repair process
• Keep repairs moving efficiently
• Complete safe, high-quality repairs without cutting corners

Previous professional collision repair experience is required.

We’re looking for technicians who:

• Can perform collision repairs independently
• Know how to turn hours while maintaining quality
• Understand structural and non-structural repair
• Have strong metal and panel replacement skills
• Follow OEM repair procedures
• Take pride in fit, finish, and workmanship
• Are dependable and production-minded
• Communicate well with the rest of the shop
• Take ownership of their repairs

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.

Valid driver’s license required.

Good technicians need work in front of them.
