Sobre el puesto Buscamos un conductor de camión CDL CLASE A cualificado y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal operará una pequeña variedad de vehículos comerciales de forma segura y eficiente, manteniendo un alto nivel de profesionalidad y satisfacción del cliente. Responsabilidades Operar con seguridad una gama de vehículos comerciales, camiones volquetes de tres ejes, incluyendo camión semirremolque combinado con remolque volquete y/o remolque de transporte pesado. Conduce una distancia de tres condados y navega por diversas condiciones de tráfico y carreteras. Realiza inspecciones previas y posteriores al viaje, informando de cualquier problema o daño al equipo de mantenimiento. Mantén registros precisos de los viajes, incluyendo horas de conducción, tickets detallados de abandono y mantenimiento del vehículo. Maneja vehículos con transmisión manual. (Nota: NO tenemos vehículos con transmisión automática) Comunícate eficazmente con los responsables de despacho y de obra para asegurar los plazos de entrega puntuales. Cumple con todas las normativas locales, estatales y federales de transporte. Manipular y asegurar máquinas, materiales y/o mercancías misceláneas. Asegura la limpieza y el mantenimiento adecuado de los vehículos. Realiza tus tareas en un entorno dinámico, manteniendo una actitud positiva y profesional. Requisitos Licencia CDL CLASE A válida con un MVR limpio. Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia conduciendo un camión comercial, con un sólido conocimiento de las normativas y protocolos de seguridad del DOT. Debe ser capaz de superar una prueba de drogas y alcohol. Capacidad probada para operar una variedad de vehículos comerciales, incluidos los mencionados anteriormente. Experiencia con vehículos con transmisión manual y cómodo con las exigencias físicas de la conducción de camión. Debes saber manejar una remotrice de ruedas y poder cargarte desde un montón de materiales en un camión volquete si es necesario. Capacidad para manejar un camión volquete a través de la arena de Florida. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo, con enfoque en cumplir plazos y asegurar la entrega puntual de los productos. Debe contar con un transporte fiable hacia y desde el lugar de trabajo. Debe hablar inglés; no tiene que ser fluido, es preferible bilingüe Sobre el trabajo La semana media es de 30 horas. Las horas extra se pagan si superan las 40 horas. Depósito directo semanal. Prohibido fumar ni vapear en ningún vehículo o máquina. Debes llevar tu propia comida y bebida para el día laboral. Días festivos federales pagados que caen durante la semana laboral de 5 días. 1 semana de vacaciones pagadas y 3 días de baja tras 1 año de empleo.
