The Role As a Sinton Police Officer, you will be responsible for: Enforcing state laws, municipal codes, and city ordinances. Conducting proactive community patrols and engaging with residents. Participating in criminal investigations and accident reconstruction. Problem-solving and responding to calls for service with professionalism. Requirements & Qualifications Licensing: Must possess a valid Texas Peace Officer License (TCOLE) and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Screening: Candidates must pass a comprehensive background investigation, oral interview, physical exam, psychological evaluation, and drug screening. Skills: Strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a healthy sense of humor. Availability: Must be able to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.
