As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and that every dish meets our high standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from Chinese, Thai, and Japanese cuisines.
- Following recipes and presentation standards to deliver consistent, high-quality meals.
- Assisting with food prep, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- A strong understanding of cooking techniques, especially for Asian cuisines.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
