You will be a trusted advisor and leader in your office and community helping us further our mission. You will be serving in a high-volume practice where all exams are done efficiently and effectively, allowing you to serve more, safely. This position is designed for season and new doctors alike, as we create an environment where learning is constant and you have the support necessary to focus on what is important, serving every person who walks in with the desire to be on a path to wellness.Duties and Responsibilities:As a Wellness Clinic Coordinator with The Joint Chiropractic you will work with a team of doctors and professionals in a modern, wellness-based chiropractic clinic where positivity and relationship building are essential to being successful.Coordinators must be excellent multitaskers. Able to perform clinic administrative processes, patient support and education, and transaction completion using point of sale software. Clinic Coordinators have daily and monthly performance goals that must be met.Daily responsibilities focus on maintaining patient relationships, supporting doctor protocols, and resolving patient and visitor complaints directly or by channeling them to appropriate personnel for resolution.Strong ability to persuade, selling memberships and packages.Educate patients on wellness offerings and servicesManage clinic phone calls and walk-insGreet patients and assist patients in completing required paperworkMaintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organizations of workspaceEnsure all member account are current and accurateComplete transactions using point of sale softwarePart-Time/Variable Employees Other Benefits and CompensationThis position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and commissions based on the sale of membership packages..Retirement: All employees are eligible to participate in the company 401(k) retirement plan.Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL): You will accrue 1 hour of PSSL for every 40 hours worked in Washington, which can be used for qualifying medical or safety reasons for yourself or family members.WA Paid Family and Medical Leave: Participation in the state-mandated insurance program, providing up to 12–18 weeks of paid leave for qualifying life events (eligibility is based on total hours worked in Washington across all employers).Professional Development: Access to ongoing training and development opportunities to support clinical excellence and career growth.Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Cheerful demeanorAble to work weekends/evenings (as required)Dedication to high quality serviceMaintain a professional appearance and appropriate attireEnthusiastic approach to customer serviceConfident in presenting and selling service offeringsAble to stand and/or sit for long periods of timeAble to lift to 50 poundsHigh School diploma or equivalentAble to use office equipment: computer, scanner, phone systemProficient with Microsoft OfficeThe duties and requirements of this position may change from time to time.
