Administrative & Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative & Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to support daily office operations while helping maintain accurate warehouse inventory.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, paperwork, inventory systems, and warehouse operations , and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation.

• Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and general administrative tasks.

• Prepare reports, forms, spreadsheets, and other documents.

• Receive, count, verify, and record incoming inventory.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and system information.

• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damages.

• Track inventory movement, transfers, receipts, and shipments.

• Work with warehouse staff and management to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Assist with additional administrative and warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse inventory management experience required.

• Administrative or office experience preferred.

• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable with computers, data entry, and spreadsheets.

• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace experience preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
