Your future role at a glance Location: Mequon, WI Facility: Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee Department/Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role Deliver compassionate, high-quality direct patient care that strictly adheres to established organizational protocols, ensuring patient safety and adherence to best practices. Coordinate care across all clinical disciplines, acting as the primary liaison to guarantee seamless and well-integrated patient services for optimal patient outcomes. Manage the patient’s comprehensive care journey by meticulously documenting progress and communicating critical status updates to ensure continuity of care. Execute physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly to ensure the timely advancement of patient treatment plans. Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning by proactively assessing patient needs and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a safe, smooth, and successful transition home. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
