【Company Overview】 We are a Hong Kong SFC-licensed firm (Licenses 4 & 9), specializing in bonds, AI quantification, digital assets, and cross-border wealth management. We seek visionary business leaders to join our mission. 【Core Responsibilities】 1. Product Strategy & Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee the development of standardized products: Fixed Income + HKIPO Hybrid Fund, AI Quantitative FOF, ESG Public Fund, and lead SFC filing procedures.
- Design compliant frameworks for Bitcoin/ETH spot custody services, aligning with MiCA Act and Hong Kong Monetary Authority sandbox regulations.
- Institutional Clients: Secure partnerships with insurance AMCs/wealth offices through **"Cross-Border Bonds + Offshore Trust" solutions** (deliver ≥1 landmark case).
- Retail Clients: Drive growth of **"Monthly Investment FOF"** via robo-advisor platforms .
- Build credit spread prediction models and momentum strategy backtesting systems using Python/TensorFlow, with deliverable reports.
- Develop a 5-tier client risk profiling system paired with 8 asset allocation solutions.
- Facilitate ETF distribution partnerships with BlackRock/Fidelity and co-launch **"Hang Seng Connect Quantitative Index Fund"** with HKEX.
- Organize Hong Kong Digital Asset Investment Summit and publish industry-leading whitepapers.
