Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Management - Travel

• Perform comprehensive assessment of high-risk members

• Current, unrestricted state Registered Nurse license or compact license
• Experience in Home Health care, HCHB, and OASIS required

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Case Management certification
