Sign on Bonus up to $7,500 We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in the greater Pittsburgh area, and locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Professional growth: collaborate with an on‑site Rad Tech and Medical Assistants as a clinical team leader; share experience and training with other clinicians and staff. Scheduling flexibility to accommodate vacations and wellness days Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts and limited on‑call availability required. A primary anchor/home center with secondary centers nearby. Minimum Qualifications 1 year of full‑time experience in Emergency Medicine or 2 years of Urgent Care setting experience (or 2 years of Family Medicine). Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.) and preliminary reads on EKGs and X‑rays. Experience treating patients newborn and up in an acute care setting. Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification required. Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification required. Responsibilities Clinical assessment and management of a broad spectrum of patient conditions in an urgent care setting. Perform minor procedures and preliminary diagnostic interpretations. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide efficient and safe care. Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR. Participate in on‑call rotations and weekend shifts as required.
