REGISTERED NURSE MEDICAL STEP-DOWN MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR CRITICAL CARE OR STEPDOWN EXPERIENCE Responsibilities: Care of Patients who meet Medical Step-Down level of care. Mandatory Qualifications: 1-year critical care or step-down experience. Current Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio. Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association ONLY. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification from the American Heart Association ONLY. Preferred Qualifications: BSN Certification in Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association. 2 years critical care or step-down experience. Required Licenses/Certifications prior to Start: RN BLS from AHA ACLS from AHA

Shift: Two shifts available: Days: 12-hour shifts - 7am-7pm Nights: 12-hour shifts - 7pm-7am Holiday and Weekend Rotation Required No guaranteed hours OT paid at the regular, all-Inclusive rate No call
