Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform visual, dimensional, and cosmetic inspections of precision components. This role ensures products meet customer specifications and ISO 9001 quality standards while operating in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform visual, dimensional, and cosmetic inspections of precision components. This role ensures products meet customer specifications and ISO 9001 quality standards while operating in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment.
What You'll Do
- Inspect components for defects, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy
- Operate XRF equipment to measure plating thickness and composition
- Document inspection results and nonconformances in ERP systems
- Follow strict cleanroom protocols including gowning and contamination control
- Maintain accurate records and support quality audits and reporting
Required:
- Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing
- Ability to read specifications and identify defects
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
- XRF experience
- Background in semiconducto, or precision manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO standards
- Attention to detail
- Technical inspection accuracy
- Strong documentation and organization
- Clear communication and teamwork
- ISO 7 cleanroom (full PPE required)
- Use of inspection tools, XRF equipment, and computer systems
