About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum 1 Year Required License: Active State License Required Certifications: ARRT CT, BLS Must-Have: - Siemens experience required - IV skills required - Travelers must complete any assigned education within one week of assignment - Ability to float within the scope to meet facility needs Description: Position/Specialty: CT Tech Start Date: ASAP - Any Monday Shift: 3x12 Nights Thursday-Saturday Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes Weekend Requirement: Yes - Every Weekend Holiday Requirement: Must work the holiday if it falls on their normal shift. Is on-call Requirement? Not anticipated Daily Caseload per Tech: Unknown First-timers accepted: No Special Requirements: Travelers are required to complete any education assigned within one week of assignment. Legacy expects travelers to float within a site and across the system. Refusal to float as requested will result in cancellation of contract. Locals accepted: No - Cannot live within 50 miles of any facility. RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. No RTO during the first week of the start date. No more than 7 days of RTO per assignment. Patient Care Details: Type of Facility: Acute Care Client Magnet/Teaching/Level Trauma: Teaching, Adult Level I Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 539 Scrub Color: Any color besides all black and camo print. Charting: Epic Compliance Documentation: All compliance documents must be completed and submitted by the designated deadline. Modules: Pre-start requirements, including modules, skills testing, competencies, and compliance activities, are non-billable. Estimated completion time is 4-8 hours. Modules completed during orientation are billable or may be attributed to NBO. Required Experience: Epic experience is required. References: One professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager is required. Background Review: No felony convictions accepted. Any background hit must include an explanation statement and waiver/approval documentation. Start Requirements: Former staff must have been separated from the facility/system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler.
