Dental Assistant (DA) / Digital Lab Technician (Milling) – Part-Time or Full-Time
$26–$28/hour + Medical, PTO, 401(k) with 6% Match & More!

Our award-winning dental practice in Rocky River, OH is growing, and we're looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant / Digital Lab Technician (Milling) to join our exceptional team. Schedule

Part-Time or Full-Time Available

Office Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay: $26–$28/hour , based on experience

What You'll Do

Dental Assisting Duties:

Provide chairside assistance and support RDH during hygiene procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and patients for care
Take digital X-rays and assist with patient care
Ensure a positive patient experience

Dental Milling:

Operate dental milling machines to fabricate restorations
Support same-day crown and restoration workflows
Maintain and troubleshoot milling equipment as needed
Ensure high-quality fit, finish, and esthetics of restorations

Qualifications

Dental assisting experience required
Dental milling experience strongly preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Experience with CEREC, Amann Girrbach, or similar milling systems is a plus
Strong computer skills required
Dentrix experience strongly preferred
Digital scanning experience is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Passion for dentistry and creating high-quality patient outcomes
