Job Title: Sourcer Schedule: M-F, 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM Duration: Temp to hire! Pay Rate: $30-31.25/hr (based on experience) Job Duties: Utilize a variety of sourcing tools (database, job boards, networking, etc.) to identify qualified candidates for Licensed Customer Service Agents Manage and track candidates throughout the recruitment process using Workday, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting Work closely with Recruiters to understand role requirements and schedule qualified candidates for them to interview Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and manage communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience Provide insights on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor intelligence to hiring managers and the talent acquisition team Job Requirements: 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, with a strong focus on using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and Workday Communication Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates Strong ability to manage multiple open roles, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment A team player who can work effectively with HR teams and hiring managers A flexible mindset with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
