Job Overview Banquet Cook – essential member of the Food & beverage team preparing specialized innovative cuisine according to guest orders. Requires culinary skill, teamwork, and readiness for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and PM availability. Responsibilities Create a positive work environment that motivates staff. Make requisitions of ingredients with the Sous Chef; maintain HACCP logs and proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. Set up and operate kitchen equipment: deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill. Prepare and plate all items from the computer system accurately and timely; communicate with cooks about timing. Break down the station, store food properly, label, date and rotate items. Listen to customer complaints and special requests, and resolve them. Handle and report any accidents immediately; respond to hotel emergencies and safety situations. Perform food service according to Four Seasons Food Standards; multitask with high attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. Provide support to other kitchens and stations; maintain equipment cleanliness. Accept additional duties as directed by manager. Qualifications Experienced cooking professional with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work for shifts that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight. Valid work authorization for the U.S.; internal employees eligible for visa sponsorship via L‑1A. Proficient with food safety regulations and HACCP. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a safe, sanitary work environment. Team player who collaborates harmoniously with co‑workers and supervisors. Willingness to accept assignments on an as‑needed basis. Benefits and Compensation $25.41 - $26.91 per hour.
